- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically work with small business owners and I realize how tight budgets can be. Especially when you are just getting started. I ensure my prices remain budget friendly with the clients best interest in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will complete a simple onboarding process. You will fill a basic questionnaire that will allow me to learn the details of your business, we will meet for a virtual consultation to identify your needs. Then we will outline my deliverables and deadlines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in accounting since I graduated college in 2003. I have worked in corporate insurance accounting, and health care accounting. I am very strict when it comes to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Accounting can be tedious but I do not mind the extra work to ensure everything is correct.
