John and the team were great to work with and all were respectful, skilled and detailed. I had a 10 by 14 feet living room and it was too small. I had them take the wall down on the bedroom next to it. Now I have more space and a book shelf I wanted. I'm happy.

I was tired of working in a hot nasty garage from my home-based business
Working with jc construction was fabulous.
They were up front about their pricing. And helped me understand the blind spots that i had in my plans for the garage. .
They handled demolition. They then reframed the roof and the walls.
Ran electrical. Ran data lines.
Added insulation to the walls and the ceiling.
Sheet rocked. Textured. Painted.
Did trim work. Replaced. Outdated security systems. Locks. I mean the works.
We are finally excited about future home renovations. we've really found a gem. With jc construction.

John is such a pleasure to work with! He is professional, thorough and gives great advice on projects. I really appreciate how clear he is with cost and timeline for completion. He and his team replaced bathroom light fixtures, added recessed lighting, and replaced a kitchen backsplash. Can’t wait to work with him on future projects; he truly helped make a home OUR new home!
