I wanted to share my story regarding results I have seen since working out with Becky. In Feb 2011 I had to have major surgery. Before my surgery I was 110 lbs. I have always been small and never had any trouble losing or maintaining my weight. That changed after my surgery. Within a year I gained 15 lbs. Which doesn't seem much to the average person but it was huge to me. I have worked out with 3 other personal trainers and did not see the results I have seen with Becky. Within 2 1/2 months of working with Becky I am back down to my pre-surgery weight. I never thought this would happen. I had come to terms with being larger than I have ever been my entire life. Becky's encouragement, energy and the balance between cardio and weights is what made the difference between the other trainers that I have used. I have told everyone I know about Becky and the results that I have seen. I have used 3 other personal trainers and Becky by far is the best. She is very comfortable to be around and I have already learned several new techniques. She combines cardio and strength training in a way that you do not really know you are doing cardio, which is my least favorite. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone is experienced and knowledgeable in personal training.
I started with Adam four years ago, not having worked out in a veryong time. My level of fitness was close to zero. He personalized a training program for me which included weights, cardio and diet. I lost 60 pounds my first year with him. My second year saw me run my first half marathon....this is from someone who had never previously run. There were days when I just couldn't get motivated. Adam was extremely empathetic yet wouldn't let me quit. Over four years, we rarely missed a session and my life is immeasurably better because of it. I can't recommend Adam highly enough. Adam is courteous, prompt and dedicated and knows how to get results.
I had a WONDERFUL time training with Lori! She is a FANTASTIC trainer and really cares about her clients! She knows how to customize each training class to cater to your different needs/abilities, and she pushes you to achieve new workouts that you did not think was even possible for your body! She focuses on every aspect of a healthy lifestyle - nutrition, cardio, weight training, etc. - so her training/advice leaves you feeling completely satisfied and positive about everything! You will also be blown away by her wonderful encouragement and positivity - she is always there when you have questions or are doubting yourself. She's a great trainer as well as a GREAT motivator! I always felt very comfortable and was never intimidated working with her, and I would GLADLY recommend her to anyone and everyone.

James s the beat personal trainer I've ever had. He keeps you guessing with different exersises. He uses a good combination of strength, cardio, and balence. He will challenge you without being a "drill instructor" I've met and used a lot of other personal trainers, some were good, but all of them paled in comparison to James.

I want to let each of you know what my experience has been with Dan. I turn 59 this year and I have worked out with a number of trainers over the years. I call them counters because thats all they did for me. They counted and I did all the work no results! Then I met Dan in January of this year. I did the genetics testing as he recommended. Once I received the results he explained to me what the results meant and what I needed to do to get in better shape. From nutrition and cardio to weight training, he has guided me along the way. We started training three days a week. He taught me how to box as a cardio routine. Never thought I would get it, but with his patience and guidance I am now boxing and loving it GREAT CARDIO!!! Weight training has been amazing! I have never seen results like this before!! Being in my mid 40âs I was having a lot of problems with lower back pain. Which was impacting my daily activities and my sleep. Harrison and I have been working out together for a little over three months, three times a week and I am already seeing positive results. Faryn was my trainer for over a year and a half. Following her nutrition and exercise instructions, I lost over 50 pounds and became a much healthier person. If you are serious about making changes - Janelle is the trainer for you! Her knowledge of fitness, muscles - the science of and what they are supposed to do and how you are supposed to be using them...is unsurpassed. She has this intuitive sense to be able to look at you and immediately know what muscle groups aren't working properly for you and are your weaknesses. She is serious about what she does and she doesn't put up with excuses. Don't let her rough exterior fool you though - you show her you're giving it your all, and she'll dive right in giving you her all. I love her workouts and how she sets them up with short bursts of cardio after sets of weights. I really like the compound exercise techniques. She has also been fantastic helping me through rehab training exercises for an injury sustained years ago that I had accommodated all these years by using my body wrong. I am so glad to finally be fixing this and still get a workout. Janelle was born to be in fitness - its in her blood. As a client, sensing that makes all the difference in the world in the type of focus and attention you get in your trainer.

I've been working out with Jonas for several months now and have really enjoyed it. Prior to this, I'd just done cardio and never really seen my body change much except for dieting. Obviously dieting is still important, but the training I'm getting has really firmed me up and made me look better than diet alone can. As a beginner at weights, Jonas was great at not pushing me so hard I was scared off, but still challenges me months later. He's always been professional and works with me to make sure our appointment times work.

Wow! All I can say is I'm deeply impressed & satisfied with inner strength fitness. My first thought before going was, this is going to be someone screaming in my face, telling me to do more then I can & leaving in pain. No, that is not what happen at all. The instructors here were first very inviting, positive attitude, & ready to help me in anyway they could. One thing that helped was they are ready to make sure you are doing your workout correctly. You only get one body so let's treat it properly right? Next I noticed everyone there at boot camp was of different ages & body types. You had those there to tone there body, those who just go to maintain there body, and those like me wanting to lose weight. They work with everyone there regardless of body type in 1 work out together which was so nice. Everyone who attends is there to better themselves & those around them. Encouragement is something everyone brings with them. No judgment was ever passed. The style of workouts are fantastic! You get a chance to burn as many calories as possible. We always get a chance to work with cardio, weights, & core training. Your whole body gets a chance to workout here. If you have any injury's or restrictions, do not let that stop you from coming! They are experts in working with people who have any special needs. Another big plus for them. If you want the truth on nutrition facts these are the people to get it from as they are also nutrition experts. Last but not lease, it's time for my personal reasoning of doing this. I have done the fad diets & basic exercise in the past and fluctuated a few pounds here & there & would give up easy. Well, I stepped on a scale at the start of the year weighing the most ever in my life 305lbs. I knew I had to do something. A few months later a friend asked me to go with her to inner strength fit. So I did for the first time on 4/21/15. I took their advice on eating & feel better then ever. I don't feel like I'm starving myself & enjoy most of my foods no problem. I went 2 times every week plus did a little exercise at home in between. As of now 5/22/15 I know weigh 288lbs. That's 17lbs I have lost in one month!!! How can I not be motivated to keep going? These people help hold me to my goals, they hold me accountable. People around me are so impressed that I have had 5 friends join me already and every single one of them have had good improvements as well. It doesn't hurt to try the one week free for sure!
I have trained for the past 20 years at different gyms and with different trainers. I have been training with Willie now for the past 6 years, and he is by far the best trainer I have had. He is very knowledgable and knows how to get the results his clients are wanting. I am very happy with my physical shape and cardio endurance after training under him. He makes a commitment to his clients and makes sure they meet their goals by using a variety of training methods best suited for that person. His enthusiasm is a great motivating tool also. My trainer, Fred Douglas, is one of the most experienced, committed, and encouraged trainer at War Room Fitness. Fred is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. I enjoy his one and one session along with outdoor group exercise. My fitness has increased and improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights, and gain more strength in cardio endurance. My experience has been excellent! The workouts that I signed up for are one hour each and the combination of upper and lower body exercises have given me greater definition as well as muscle tone within a shorter amount of time. It is the first time that I have hired a trainer and truly seen results. Each workout is custom to my needs and at a pace that I feel comfortable. Definitely worth the time and investment!
Overall, I wanted to lean out and add more muscle to my body. When I started I was slightly overweight with very little strength training experience. Since I've started training with Chito I've lost a total of 50 lbs and have gotten my body fat percentage down to 10.4%. I owe all this to him. He showed me how to properly train my muscles, muscle confusion, cardio input and more. I would highly recommend Chito to anyone.
