FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate pricing, so you'll know the cost upfront before any work begins — no surprises. A $49 diagnostic fee applies to service calls, and it's waived if you move forward with the repair. We also offer free estimates and second opinions on installs and replacements. Discounts are available for military, seniors, and first responders, and we have a membership program for customers who want ongoing savings and priority service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, we gather relevant details about your HVAC system and the issue you're experiencing to determine the appropriate next steps. We then schedule a service appointment at a time that works for you. For repairs, our technician performs a comprehensive diagnostic to identify the issue and provides flat-rate pricing prior to any work being performed. For installations or replacements, we provide a complimentary estimate. Once pricing is approved, we proceed with the work and review the completed service with you before departing. We follow up afterward to confirm the system is operating properly and to address any remaining questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed formal training through trade school and hold EPA certification along with TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) licensing for HVAC work. I bring 15 years of hands-on experience in the field, having worked on a wide range of residential and commercial systems.
