Nelson was absolutely wonderful! He came out same day as service request, took the time to really diagnose what was going on with our A/C, and was very honest about our options. Instead of trying to push us into an expensive repair or replacement, he was able to get us back up and running and buy us some much-needed time before we have to replace the coil. He ended up saving us a lot of money today, which we are extremely grateful for. He was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly so we understood exactly what was happening. It’s hard to find someone you feel like you can trust with HVAC repairs, and Nelson definitely earned ours. Highly recommend this company!

They were able to get it working after it was mis- diagnosed.

They did also cleaned and check both of my systems. They came out on the times they told me.

Excellent experience with Trusted Heating & Cooling. They replaced our old HVAC system with a new unit. Alex and Nelson are professional, responsible and very diligent and humble - really impressed. Will definitely use them again for either a new HVAC installation or regular maintenance.

Great experience & only amazing things to say about the man who came to help me. He was so honest he told me the issue I had wasn’t being caused by the ac at all, & he didn’t try to upsell me.

I’ll be using this company again & again!
