Do not hire Fox Deco Concrete. They asked for 50% payment of a new patio up front and never showed up to the job site. Once a refund was requested they tried to rush out and take care of the project, but their crew walked out of the site due to trust issues with management. Now that we are unhappy with their delays and have lost trust, they will not issue a refund even though no services have been rendered.

I could not have had a worse experience. I was lied to, work was left incomplete, and they refused to make it right. Multiple times I was told it would be done, and nobody showed up. I had a simple job of doing acid stain and seal on 750 sq ft.

Chris, Derrick, Mario, etc. It does not matter the names, the company is the closest thing to a scam organization or at best the most incompetent group of individuals in the DFW area. Derrick will attempt to gain your trust and is a very believable guy but he is not anywhere near a professional floor finisher. Their approach is to be cheaper than the others which the old saying goes You get....pay for. In this case you will probably not even get what you pay for. Run from this group and I pray you see this first before you are out any real monies. The Pictures are nice, but they are surely of someone's else work.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We do a lot of overlays stain and seal jobs. Which is basically coveeing your old concrete with a new very durable thin layer of concrete.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You wanna look for experience that's number 1. You always want to see photos of their work , and always meet your contactor to get a feel for them.
