FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Time is money! We see people wasting years trying to avoid certain steps or cost. It is money well spent! It is cost effective considering how much it cost to “think” you know what you are doing, only to discover you have to scratch the idea, not the plan cause you didn’t have a plan, and start all over. Our “BUILDING Made Easy” services gives the client the confidence they need. Removing the anxious feeling of being overwhelmed because of the complexities, selections, finishes, schedules and the burning desire to remain within budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - schedule a One-2-One to review the BUILDING Made Easy Pre-Construction Process Step 2 - once you’ve decided to secure our services, purchase your block of time and book your appointment. NOTE: during our One-2-One we would have mapped out our deliverables, therefore you will be clear on which area we will start with first and how we will proceed through depending on your specific design needs. Step 3 - Your first session, (could be in person or online depending on the stage and phase of your project. A lot of Pre-work, especially if we have a Pre existing floor plan, or if it’s new construction there are so many details we will have to work thru before it becomes a floor plan, etc… ) login or arrive on time. We will begin to listen, and fine tune your design desires. Placing them in a format that can be transferred to a contractor. Each session ends with us reviewing our area or topic for the next, allowing you to be prepared or gather your thoughts. It also provides you time to consult your significant other about things or areas that are important to them. Step 4 - continue the before mentioned process until we covered the prescribed area.
