FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price per square foot for your project typically includes stone materials, fabrication & installation. You can save money on your project by considering stone remnants as an option. Remnant options are subject to availability and are first come first serve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For residential clients we will ask some questions to get to know them including where and how they would like to use slab stone in their home. Besides stone material types and design option preferences (color and pattern), we will need the measurements of the project and any other particulars so for that we can schedule a free in home consultation in order to estimate costs. Once we confirm the client would like to proceed we'll finalize what stone materials will be used (granite, quartz, marble etc) and any other related particulars (including but not limited to - determining if demolition of the existing counters is necessary and who will do this, obtaining sinks and faucet hardware, how many holes or cut outs are needed in the stone, who will disconnect/reconnect related plumbing etc). Then we will complete necessary disclosures with the client and obtain half of the project cost before scheduling installation of the stone surface.
