Justin was terrific. He patiently listened while I told him the story how the problem was in several “unconnected “ spots. He was very knowledgeable and after going through what I told him and inspecting that, he gave me a written quote which I was happy with and gave him the go ahead. He actually listened to what I had told him about tracing problems all through the house and was able to fix MY mistake promptly. Their charges are “flat rate” and this protects everybody. If he’s a slacker and takes 5 hours to do a 3 hour repair and likewise someone that has a lot of knowledge and experience and completes that 3 hour job, he gets paid the fair 3 hours. So I had signed for a flat rate repair but after seeing that it may be a little easier, he took $100 off of the price I had already agreed to. Can’t say enough when you come across someone that has that experience and that level of integrity, wanting to go above and beyond, and he did. It was a pleasure to work with him
