They fixed the toilet quickly, but when I asked about the tub drain, they said they couldn’t do it bc I hadn’t written it down as part of the initial request. Fair enough, but I’m not super happy because my toilet repair was fixed quicker than they thought, yet their boss told them to leave my job with the tub not done. I said, “but you didn’t have to remove my toilet after all, which you had allotted time for. Why can’t you now unplug my drain?” I agreed to the extra cost. They said their boss said they couldn’t and that they were to leave for the next client. Not super thrilled. But yes, they repaired the toilet just fine.
