- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are new to Thumbtack and are extending 15% discount for the opportunity to showcase the quality of our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is helpful to see pictures of the project and talk to the customer to better understand what they need. We can chat over the phone, online, or schedule a time to go to the customer to provide a quote detail our process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years working Luxury Remodeling and 17 years working commercial and residential construction. I am a carpenter by trade.
