Sam was excellent! Needed a couple of joists sistered under my 1895 farmhouse. Me being unable to get to it, Sam came out, took a look at what needed to be done, fixed the cracked joists, and sistered in 2 new ones. Excellent work! I will definitely be calling on him again for projects. Highly recommend!
