Unfortunately, Ecosavvy Handyman took 100% of the quote $475 upfront, strung us along for two weeks, did only 2 hours of work: 2 hrs x $60/hr = $120 and after many texts back and forth, costing us time and frustration, having way passed our deadline for a string of continuous reasons, did not respond to our request to reimburse $355. We even said, if they reimburse only $300, there will be no hard feelings, but unfortunately, we were ignored. There is no accountability with this company. The gentleman they sent to us was Mr. David Lay, who requested $475 upfront via Venmo. They can improve by reimbursement of $355.

DO NOT take a job that you CANNOT perform. Moreover, if you run into a problem performing a job, you should stop immediately - Do not continue! Use the required materials and not inferior materials. Instructions for installing products should not be optional - use them! A relatively straight-forward installation should NOT result in structural damage to someone's home.
