- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Maid To Sparkle has several pricing options to meet your specific budget. We're proud to provide flat OR hourly rates on first time or continuing services as part of our dedication to provide our customers with excellent services at affordable prices. Our flat rates are based on the square footage of the space you need cleaned, or the square footage of your total home, if you would like all areas cleaned. We're able to provide services and quotes on first time regular, detailed, or move-in or move-out cleanings as well as all continuing services. Our hourly rates are based on the amount of time you choose and the areas you prefer to be cleaned first. We will ask you for a list of the areas or items you would like cleaned first, based on your preferences. This is to ensure that the most important areas are cleaned before time expires. We work hard to earn and keep your business and our prices and services reflect those efforts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Maid To Sparkle is here for your convenience and we're able to offer quick estimates right over the phone or by e-mail. Once you've chosen to hire us for your cleaning needs, getting started is as simple as scheduling your cleaning date. We're generally able to schedule as soon as 24 - 48 hours from the time of your initial request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for over 13 years and provide our staff with extensive training and safety information. Many of our employees have previous cleaning experience before joining our team of professional house cleaners.
