I have been in the pet industry for a several years now. I started out volunteering at my local dog shelters then helped local dog rescues with adoption events. I have worked in a grooming salon enviroment for over 6 years now. 3+ years of my grooming career has been in a management and teaching position.
I specialize in nervous & scared dogs. Since I work 1:1 out of my home it’s a much more relaxed and quiet environment so within a few visits your pup will be confident about his grooming visits. I also love doing deshedding treatments!
My favorite part about my job is watching a pet liven up and be so confident in themselves after their spa day. We all love feeling great about ourselves and pets are no different. 😊

She was excellent with our dog. Our dog is a very nervous dog and was never able to receive a complete full wash and cut at the groomers with other dogs present. I highly recommend Tricia and her services. Boots was a happy dog after his appointment with her and so are we!

Tricia was wonderful! Our dog immediately felt comfortable with her as if they had met many times before. She was very professional and had him looking handsome around one hour after drop off. Will definitely be bringing our dog back in the future. Before & after pictures attached.

Tricia is very patient and loving with any animal she performs with. I have seen her take on dogs no one else wanted to deal with and handle it with so much grace. My personal dog loves her and does a great job with him everytime. Compared to other grooms he's had, for some reason he stays cuter and well kept longer after seeing Mrs.Tricia.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very dependent on several factors. Haircut wanted/needed, age, size, coat length, behavior and weight. I will always try to offer the lowest price I can because I do what I love.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce myself to the pet for a few minutes before we start grooming. I always move at the pet's pace. I will never force them to do something that causes them to stress out or give them a negative feeling about future groomings. Grooming is supposed a positive routine and make the pet feel comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for 5+ years already. I've been through over 200 hours of supervised training followed with 4 months of hands on training under a senior groomer.
