These guys came out and quickly located/repaired some hidden sprinkler heads. Help us get the system setup on a timer. Would hire again.

Came into Thumbtack on Sunday, made appointment on Monday, job completed on Tuesday. Every step of the way was well communicated. Sprinklersystem was faulting on one station and some sprinkler heads needed to be changed out. Highly re5these folks.

Ryan came out to look at our sprinkler problem right away. He was prompt, professional and answered all our questions. He scheduled a time for his team to come out later that same day to repair our sprinkler unit. They also were right on time as promised. They got right to work and did a great job fixing our system. I will be using them again in the future for my landscaping.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most accurate pricing is available when we are able to visibly look at the job nin person. For basic lawn maintenance we run a discounted rate for those who choose to have their yards serviced on a weekly basis. All estimates are free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with our first time customers our top priority is to start the relationship off with great communication, and an in person meeting. We want to assure all customer’s needs are completely understood, and continue this process throughout the remainder of our business together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We value a hands on working environment at Walker Bailey Landscape and Tree. Our owner and our employees have had hands on experience in the field for 15+ years. The best way to perfect your craft in all aspects is being able to work through different jobs learning from any obstacles, and maintaining the successes we continue to have for our customers.
