Josh Richards is the lead pastor of Cornerstone Community Church, a nondenominational church in Springtown, Texas. He has been in leadership ministry for 13 years, which has opened many doors, including invitations to open prayer for the Texas senate in 2011 and 2013. Josh started his career path in restaurant management. After opening a restaurant in Memphis, Tenessee, he switched gears to the brokerage industry, where he soon became part of the management team for a lead investment firm. In 2001 when the church began, he was asked to lead the youth. God continued to cultivate his desire to lead and add value to others, and in 2007, he became the lead pastor. Josh has served in leadership capacities throughout the community, including the board of the Springtown Chamber of Commerce, the War Memorial Board, and Neighbor to Neighbors, where he currently serves as president. After receiving a pacemaker in 2010, less than a year later, he climbed the second tallest mountain in Romania.
