Everything was great except the confusion in pricing. As a non locksmith person if i say something and it could mean 1 or 2 things to someone who is a locksmith and has more technical understanding then it makes sense to clarify and confirm. Because of this interpretation difference and confusion i spent double what it would have cost somewhere else. i didnt mind paying more but definitely was not trying to pay more than double The quality was great The punctuality was great Responsiveness was great quality of work has been great

They showed up a few hours later than they estimated, explaining that a prior job took a lot longer than expected. Other than that, they were quick and professional and at least $50 less than the second best quote I received. I’d use them again but would block off more time to wait for appointment.
