Kodi was very professional. I loved her setup with her chair and how she sanitized her products she used. I enjoyed our conversation. She convinced me to do the blush on my cheeks and I noticed it on some of my photos and I was glistening honey! After she did my makeup I felt like a queen. I couldn’t stop looking at myself. I FaceTimed my 21yr old son and showed him my makeup and he took a picture and that warmed my heart. My soon to be husband was so excited when he saw my new look. My wedding photos were amazing! My look lasted the entire day through the hot Texas weather while taking photos. I cried during our wedding ceremony and it’s like the makeup repelled the tears and said “not today satan”. I honestly slept on my back that night to try to keep it in place so I could show my new look off for one more day,lol. I remember going into the bank the next day and people were staring and telling me how pretty my makeup was(remember I slept so I wouldn’t mess it up, lol). I didn’t want to wash my face off because I knew that I wouldn’t be able to achieve the look, but you better believe I will be booking her again. Thanks so much girl!!! You did that honey!!!! Thanks so much for making our day even better!!!!

From the very start Kodi was super easy to communicate with. She was professional, timely, organized and ready to bring my makeup vision to life without any visual reference at all! Kodi was such a pleasure to work with! She worked magic on my face and transformed me!!! I have hooded eyes and I asked her to do a winged eye look with red lips for a Christmas mini photo shoot I had. I can’t believe how well she made made that look come through!!! She nailed it to perfection!!! (See attached selfie photo). She’s going to be my makeup artist for any future events I may have!!! She’s so sweet and friendly, yet so professional and ethical in her work. She was punctual, too and she took exactly the amount of time she estimated the session to be. Unfortunately I was unable to see this pro do her thing due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in the postponment of the wedding. But she kept in constant contact with me. Always answered my messages and questions promptly and thoroughly. She is delightful to talk to and is very knowledgeable in her craft. She helped me work through busy schedules and back and forth ideas. And was ever patient. Travel fees - round trip from 76028 zip code. Dallas: $10 70-90 miles: $20 100-120 miles: $40 (2 person minimum) 130-150 miles: $60 (3 person minimum) 160-190 miles: $110 (4 person minimum) 200-240 miles: $160 (5 person minimum)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a thorough consultation with photos provided by the client detailing their desired look. I like to make sure I understand the client's needs before beginning the makeup application.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed cosmetologist as well as a cosmetology instructor. I also have 2 years experience working at MAC Cosmetics as an assistant manager.
