What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is a flat rate per party, which will be billed upon confirmation. The fee is due 24 hours prior to the mediation. If one party is paying for the full mediation, please specify and I'll bill accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After confirmation, I'll send an email with an explanation of the mediation process and the relevant documents to be signed. I'll contact each party involved to determine the location and time, and to go over any questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University and am certified in the state of Texas to conduct mediations. In addition to this, I've done continued work with the Tarrant County court system to perform mediations within the JP courts.
