What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes, pricing is determined by size (weight,height etc), behavior, & condition of the pets! Also for after hours there is an extra fee or if you have special request besides a standard groom we add on according to the job! But all still reasonable prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication & finding out what the client wants done to their pets! Condition and temperament of the pet! Pre/existing condition?
