- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $25 an hour for my services, with a one-hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial phone consultation with potential clients, to get a feel for their case and answer any questions the client might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BBA in Accounting, as well as having done graduate studies in business administration and accounting. I have been preparing tax returns and doing bookkeeping since 2006.
