My goal is to make the onboarding process simple and stress-free. 1. **Initial Consultation:** We start with a free consultation to discuss your business, your current bookkeeping or payroll process, and any challenges you're facing. 2. **Assessment & Proposal:** I'll review your needs and provide a customized service plan with clear pricing and recommendations tailored to your business. 3. **Secure Setup:** Once you're ready to move forward, I'll help you securely provide the necessary financial information and, if needed, get your QuickBooks Online account organized and connected. 4. **Getting to Work:** I'll begin managing your bookkeeping, payroll, account reconciliations, or clean-up while keeping you informed every step of the way. 5. **Ongoing Communication:** You'll receive regular financial reports, timely updates, and responsive support whenever you have questions. My goal is to become a trusted financial partner who helps keep your books accurate, compliant, and ready for tax season.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring more than 20 years of accounting and payroll experience, working with businesses across a variety of industries. My background includes bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, sales tax, financial reporting, and account clean-up. I am a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and stay up to date on QuickBooks best practices, payroll regulations, and accounting procedures to ensure my clients receive accurate, compliant, and efficient service. In addition to my professional experience, I've trained business owners and accounting staff on QuickBooks Online, helping them understand their financials and use the software with confidence. My focus is not just keeping your books accurate, but providing reliable financial support that helps your business make informed decisions and grow.
