Westside Pet Sitting offers quality pet sitting services for the owners who require outstanding care for their pets. I have owned my business for 21 years and was awarded Thumbtack's Best of 2015 for Ft. Worth. I do all my own work and never send others to your home. I can offer excellent references from many happy long time customers. My service area includes 76107. 76109, 76116, 76126 and 76132. I do not charge extra for last minute calls or holidays and my fee is all inclusive - feeding, playtime, medicines given, mail and newspapers brought in and rotating lights to make your home look lived in. However, I do not stay overnight in pet owner's homes. In addition to pet sitting, I also offer mid day dog walking for owners who work. Each dog is walked at a leisurely pace to relieve boredom and provide a potty break. I am mature, a college graduate and a member of Pet Sitters International, DFW Dachshund Club, the United States Dressage Federation, the Arabian Horse Assn. and the National Cutting Horse Assn. I also performed 23 years of volunteer work with handicapped children at the Child Study Center. I believe my years of experience with a variety of pets coupled with my love of all animals give me the ability to offer the highest level of care. The thing I enjoy most about the work I do is the interaction with the pets I visit and seeing them benefit from my care. Pets actually do experience stress from being left alone for long periods of time and I can help alleviate that with my visits. I give pets a break from monotony by exercising them and giving them playtime. I also have a portable radio that I leave on with music playing to ease the extended periods of silence while owners are away.
