- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available upon request for veterans and active-duty military, in addition to emergency essential entities, schools, and for travel that is less than 25 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, Growth Estates Corporation is committed to understanding the needs and desires of each client. We accomplish this by setting up a consultation which can be done in person or over the phone. After the consultation, we establish a Client Portfolio where we capture the client's vision, key milestones along with dates of completion, and the desired outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education includes: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management. Public Policy / Administration Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Level II Certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Tax Professional & Preparer DoD Budget Training Small Business Coordination My experience and training includes functioning as a Business Manager with responsibility for performing oversight on various contracts and portfolios, to include complex, high-dollar value and unique procurements and projects. Procurements include major types of equipment, furniture, construction and military installation projects. Facilitates Kick-Off meetings to discuss the components of the Project and Program Management Plans. Engages client or team in awareness of risks, control and change management practices. Tracks the progress of project plans and works with clients to reduce the number of projects that are not productive. Provides oversight on the implementation of changes that have a direct impact on the completion of projects. Provides program and budget advice to clients to ensure that projects are fully integrated with quality measures. Performs continual surveillance & audit procedures of costs to assure operations are within approved budgets. Analyzes and reconciles discrepancies or inconsistencies.
