- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do a one time flat price for the whole resume regardless of how long it takes. We work until we get to a product you are satisfied with!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, my first step is to get on the phone with you to get a better idea of what you are looking for as well as learn more about you. From there we either meet in person or on the phone to start creating those bullet points in your resume that really illustrate what you can do. Then we revise and edit until it is complete. Generally, there is an intro call, a long meeting to get all the good stuff, and a shorter meeting, emails exchange or phone calls occur to finalize if needed. However, I don't leave you there! I am always just a phone call away once you start applying!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Master's degree in Leadership and Organization Performance from Vanderbilt was a huge part of the foundation to my knowledge and expertise. From there I have been working with people on their resumes and career aspirations ever since!
