We had hail damage from the storm in June 2025. Made the claim and the insurance came back with a ridiculously low reimbursement claiming a depreciation schedule for a roof >17 years old. I was overwhelmed to say the least. Was getting home after work one evening and Alfonso was working with a neighbor and said hello. Long story short. We spoke for a while. Then met with Pedro. Turns out the roof was only 9 years old. Insurance couldnt have cared less despite overwhelming evidence. Insurance was scamming me. Pedro and Alfonso helped me get to the bottom of it and got the claim covered. I was out my deductible and a bit of cost for upgraded decking which is better for us all. God Bless FTM and Roofing. Serving the community with knowledge, compassion, and extreme Know How when dealing with scamming insurance companies. Also, the construction team descended like a parachute. Removed the old roof, found other issues and fixed those, put the new roof on and floated away like they were never there except for the beautiful new roof. Not a sliver of wood, shingle, or even a nail in my yard after. I watched in awe for a while. Just fabulous. If you are in need, use FTM and Roofing and no one else

We recently had our roof replaced. Alfonso with FTM was great. His professionalism, kindness and ability to explain everything in detail step by step exceeded our expectations. The quality of the roof is excellent. All the workers that were here on the day of installation were friendly, respectful and kind. I definitely recommend FTM.
