5 Stars! These guys are absolute pros. They fixed our Ring Floodlight Cams front and back and handled the new wiring seamlessly. The best part? The owner/Manager showed up at the end to inspect every detail himself. It felt great knowing they cared about the quality of their work. I will definitely be approaching them again for any electrical work in the future.

Fantastic experience! My problem happened on 3 July, and he was nice enough to talk me through some things on the Fourth of July. He arrived on time, diagnose the issue very quickly and got me up and going a lot quicker than I expected. No stress, no pressure just figured out the problem and fixed it. I will 100% be calling him the next time I have an issue. I cannot recommend them more!

Amazing!! AJ was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was punctual and communicative.
I was responded quickly and helpfully for my initial inquiry and it was easy to hire them. I definitely feel like I made the right choice.
AJ clearly had a lot of experience installing and setting up Eufy systems which made the process so quick and easy. He set up and installed my solar EufyCam S4's quickly and thoughtfully. He was able to give me advice on placement so my home has better camera coverage.
Overall, an overwhelmingly positive experience and I am so glad I hired Johnson Smart Homes for the job!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although I’m willing to remotely discuss a project, it’s always best to do a walkthrough and design in person.
I start by identifying the customer’s main goals and concerns. Then, I like to educate the customer on what products and services I offer. Lastly, I make some recommendations for the property and work with the customer to customize their system to best suit their needs.
Once we establish our game plan, I get right to work! Same day installs are standard.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Technology around the smart home and security space is ever-evolving. It can be challenging to keep up with, even when it’s your full-time job. For this reason, I ALWAYS recommend going with a professional who deals in this space as their main occupation. Trusting the safety of your home and family to someone who treats it as a side gig is never a good idea!
