AJ and Thomas did an outstanding job installing a wide range of home security devices at my new home. They were quick, thorough, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Even when unexpected challenges came up, AJ stayed proactive, used the time efficiently, and continued moving the project forward without missing a beat. AJ took the time to understand my needs, thoughtfully designed the setup, installed everything with precision, tested each device, explained how everything worked, and made sure I was completely comfortable before finishing. He’s smart, kind, calm under pressure, very transparent with pricing, and asks all the right questions to make sure the job gets done right. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although I’m willing to remotely discuss a project, it’s always best to do a walkthrough and design in person. I start by identifying the customer’s main goals and concerns. Then, I like to educate the customer on what products and services I offer. Lastly, I make some recommendations for the property and work with the customer to customize their system to best suit their needs. Once we establish our game plan, I get right to work! Same day installs are standard.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Technology around the smart home and security space is ever-evolving. It can be challenging to keep up with, even when it’s your full-time job. For this reason, I ALWAYS recommend going with a professional who deals in this space as their main occupation. Trusting the safety of your home and family to someone who treats it as a side gig is never a good idea!
