- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am almost always less expensive than the well known storefront tax providers and I provide much better service. I am often able to optimize your deductions and can help with tax planning to advise you of items on your current tax return that may affect future returns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions up front. For accounting or bookkeeping needs of a business I like to get a sense of their processes, environment and culture. For individual or business tax preparation I like to review their prior year tax return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant.
