- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes my prices are line by line . For instance, i charge per square foot for the tile installation. If there is any other work to be done like tile tear out . That is also priced per square foot. There is a price for toilet remove and replace. Also carpet take up. Vinyl removal. Certain patterns will have a different price as well. These prices are fair and you dont deal with the middle man .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing my self,and talking about there new project and design. Going over every detail to make sure we dont miss anything when we start the job. Make sure all materials are accounted for and how they would like the lay out in there project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had 6 months of training with one of the best teachers at A-Ward Tile inc. They turned me loose to do my own work with the company. Basically they give you hands on training rite from the start !
