- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really don't. It just depends on the job and the amount of consulting, design, and scope, so lets see what we can do!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So I try to be as open, honest, and straight forward as possible. Also I'm a huge fan of making things as easy and one-on-one as we can. I also try to truly respect that you are the client, you know what you want, and at the end of the day, I'm delivering your vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of professional design and marketing experience with various clients including GameStop, Aquasana, FastSigns, ESPN, DealerSocket, Lennox, and more. I've also attended the University of North Texas and Richland Community College with a focus on graphic and web design.
