I lost 80 pounds with John! I looked forward to each session I had because it was always something new and different . John is an excellent trainer, coach and motivator.

I am currently being trained by John and I am loving the results. He is serious about what he does... he is tough because he knows we can be pushed to perform better. Give him a try you will be happy you did.

I have had an amazing and awesome adventure with John as my trainer. He is the highlight at the end of my day during my workout sessions. I've had several trainers but none of them can be compared to John. He has a very special way of pushing you beyond your limits as he encourages you to strive to reach goals that you have set to accomplish. Every workout session with John is another day closer to obtaining a new transformed me.....and I love what I'm beginning to see!! Thank you Coach Carter.

In 21 days I lost 6 pounds and decreased my BMI by 9%. Working out with John 3 times a week was exactly what I needed to jumpstart my fitness journey, I'm moving out of state that is the only reason I can't continue our sessions but in just a short time he gave me confidence and helped me to start strengthen my upper body.
