My experience working with Ms. Conley was hiring her to Cather many Events throughout the years here in CA. Just 4 a few: Catering my husband's "Sports Club Mtgs quarterly -" Prime Rib with mashed potatoes." Oh how SUCCULENT., My son's "Baby Shower" - which started a new Trend 4 men having baby showers- the food was fantastic, so DELICIOUS; Family Reunions- Bar-B-Que , Potatoe Salad & Sock-It-To-Me Cake was "Finger Licking Good". She cathered many events 4 the School District where I work- severing breakfast, Girts & Shrimp, Waffles with fried Chicken, U MUST TRY!!!!, Lunch - Tacos, Enchiladas, Spanish Rice, Taco Salads . I can go-on-and-on. So you need to try Ella Mae' Catering 4 yourself and you will see. If you don't know what to serve, don't worry, leave it to Ella Mae' Cathering. We truly miss her here in California.

I have had the pleasant experience of Ms Conley catering some of my events. I must say I could not have chosen a more professional and meticulous person to prepare my meals. Her food was always very tasty & flavorful. Cooking is one of her gifts. The food she prepares is always fresh, well seasoned, appetizing, prepared in a timely manner and, full of love. She has prepared many meals down through the years that I have had the pleasure of experiencing and I can truly say that I have never been disappointed! She has catered family reunion meals, wedding meals and birthday celebration meals, just to name a few.
In addition, she has also owned and operated a successful restaurant in Los Angeles, CA
Kudos to her for a job always WELL DONE!

Mrs. Ella Maes did my wedding and and it was delicious. The staff was on time, and very courteous. Our wedding cake was one of a kind and tasted amazing. My friends and family are still talking about the food. I have since used them for parties and have recommended them to cater our country club events as well as many other events. Thanks Ella Mae's

Shirley when living in California did several events for us such as: Birthdays, Repast, Graduations,Thanks Giving Dinner. Make sure you try her Spaghetti and Peach Cobler.

Ms. Ella Mae catered my birthday party . The food was spot on and service was great. They were on time food was hot and very presentable. I couldn't wait to eat. I recommend them for my dad's 60th birthday. Can't wait to experience that food again
