What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a variety of Social Media Marketing services. We do everything from creating content to running ads. I have a couple packages that are all inclusive as well! Our rates depend on the type of work you need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is hop on a phone call to chat about your business and get to know you and your social media needs. After that I create a proposal based on your needs/budget and we review it during an in-person or FaceTime meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied creative writing at the University Of East London. I have also taken many courses and master classes about online marketing, social media management, SEO, email marketing, graphic design, etc... Not to mention the many years of hands on experience under my belt!
