Introduction: Axiom Home Inspections is a full service home inspection service provider located in Celina Texas that serves the greater North Dallas region. Our inspections are just $295 for homes under 2,700 SQFT on a Slab Foundation, or 11¢ per SQFT for larger homes. We provide a FREE Termite Inspection with all Resale and Presale home inspections and a FREE Thermal Imaging Scan with all New Construction and Builders Warranty Inspections. We use Aerial Drone Photography for all roof covering inspections in order to prevent foot traffic damage to shingles during the inspection and to ensure that all roof types and elevations can be safely and thoroughly inspected. Our inspection reports are written in real time during the inspection process so when the inspection is finished, your report is ready! This approach greatly improves reporting accuracy and detail while reducing the overall time needed to perform a thorough inspection. Your Home Inspector will meet with you at the end of the inspection to review the report with you and answer any questions you may have about the condition of the home. Phone reviews are also available for our customers that are unable to make a face to face meeting. All of the photographs taken during the inspection with aerial drone, inspection tablet and if applicable, thermal imaging camera, are provided to you in original high resolution format, along with copies of your home inspection report on either a USB Thumb Drive, or delivered by email as a downloadable file package.

I used Axiom to do the inspection on our new home. Chris was one of several inspectors recommended to us by our Real Estate Agent. After checking each of them out we decided to use Axiom based on positive feedback from other customers and his professional, friendly manner with us on the telephone when we called to ask some questions.I was very happy with Chris's work. He arrived at the house ahead of us and was just finishing up when we got there. He talked with us at length as he walked us through the house, pointing out each of the issues he had identified, and offered some suggestions for what it would take to repair some of them. The inspection fee was what I expected, and the inspection report we received by email the following morning was fantastic. Very polished and to the point. I especially appreciated a short summary that just showed the issues in short format at the end of the report.I would definitely recommend Axiom Inspections to anyone buying a home and needing an amazing inspector on their side.

Has our new build home inspected by Axiom last week. Chris was very professional and thorough during our inspection! He took time to walk us through the report and explain to us why something may have been marked deficient and the future impact it would have on us and our wallets. The builder agreed to fix everything on our inspection report even items that Chris mentioned but we're outside the scope of a general inspection! So grateful that we had an inspection done because not only does it give us peace of mind but also gave us something to go to the builder with. I will definitely use Axiom for any future inspection needs as well as telling everyone about how awesome the experience was!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can schedule online via our website or by calling our office directly. After collection information about the subject property and the desired inspection time, Axiom will get approvals from Sellers to conduct the inspection. Our customers are invited to meet with the inspector at the end of the inspection process to review the completed report and have any questions they may have answered while at the subject property. All of the pictures taken during the inspection are provided to the customer in their original resolution, along with copies of their reports either as a downloadable file sent by email, or on a USB thumb drive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. All professional inspectors in Texas are required to complete a minimum of 32 hours of continuing education that is relevant to our profession, every 2 years.
