- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to look at the body of work, check references and really get a good feel for the person you will be working with. This is a long term relationship based business and you need to feel very comfortable with the person you will be working with. Test them by calling and emailing them several times and see what their response time is in getting back with you. I have inherited many clients from other web design companies simply because they were not returning the clients phone calls/emails in a timely manner.
