- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a based hourly fee plus cost of parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We greet our customers and introduce ourselves. We discuss what they are needing. Then we check the system and discuss with the customer what was found during that check. We go over a plan together to make sure it meets their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed irrigator with 25+ years experience. I have worked in the field and with distributions. Texas Licensed Landscape Irrigator LI0020509 I've had continued education annually. I am a member of Dallas Irrigation Association and Texas Irrigation Association.
