Better at updating customer
Quicker to publish - final draft approved and wasa week later before publishe to KDP.
Better organized - I paid for 2 books, sent both books wraps in at same time and sent body of both books at same time on we transfer in same link and now first book is published and 2nd has not been started. Project Mgr didn't know about 2nd book EVEN THOUGH 2 BOOKS HAVE BEEN PAID FOR.
