- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the customer to find out the specific needs and wants. After we have an understanding of the needs and wants, we will schedule a date for service completion. When we arrive, we let the customer know we are there and we also let them know when we finish. All services are performed to customer expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at Lowe's in my early work years. I also took classes and attended several convention seminars. My experience is 20+ years.
