My typical process for working with a new customer is letting them know everything I'm gonna do for them for the price quoted. Also getting their email address so that I can email them a copy of my insurance . Always discuss the many payment options they have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I research many different aspects of cleaning businesses such as eco friendly ways to clean, advertising, small business owner business plans and goals to achieve.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing it over ten years. I truly enjoy my customers.
