I thought I was handling a rodent problem until I saw a snake come into the garage late one night. It could have been even a copperhead so I called these guys at 5 star. I called a couple of folks but these guys were the only ones who responded the very next morning, and had Jonathan out the very next day after that. We never saw that snake again, but Jonathan did find a big rodent nest, which was behind a closet in the garage. He got busy and caulked five holes in our soffits around the roof, painted over the holes, set traps all around the garage and the attic, all at a fair price. We have removed over a dozen critters and five star is coming out every 3 days until a week goes by without any problems. And we have a 1-year warranty in case anything comes back in our house, all this done for that same fair price. We are so relieved at five-star finding and fixing our problem; use these guys and you’ll be happy you did
