- What types of customers have you worked with?
Since we are a full service company and will do anything from the foundation to the roof, the types of jobs we get on a regular basis varies from day to day. Our showroom specializes in Bathroom and Kitchen remodels and flooring installs and replacements of all types of flooring, from tile, vinyl and laminate to carpet, engineered wood and solid wood and cork. (plus many more!) We also do regular countertop replacement with granite or quartz surface and specialize in flooring repairs. Usually these jobs lead to further home repairs such as sheetrock and carpentry repairs, electrical, plumbing and heating and a/c repairs, maintenance new installs and replacements. Whatever the need, big or small, we accept any and all work and complete on your schedule.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a company who has creditibility and offers warranty on their products and labor. Ask for references from recent jobs and/or pictures and testimonials. The company should listen to your needs and wants and give you multiple solutions as to what you are trying to do. A good company should be able to offer timely, professional services and find a product that is long lasting and affordable. Find a company that has been in business long enough so that if for any reason there is an issue with the product or labor, you know that you will still be able to contact them for their help, knowledge and services in the future.
