Can’t say enough good things. Responded within minutes when my A/C went out. Someone arrived at my door within a few hours. Diagnosed the problem and explained everything. They went over the top to make sure that we knew the problem and the solution. When it was obvious that the first solution wouldn’t work and replacement was needed, we got a fair price with the same detailed explanation. New compressor and condenser installed the same day. They guy worked into the late evening to get things done.

The thermostat went blank. I confirmed that the AC unit still has power, but the signal won't go to the thermostat. Tried several companies. And, Metro was the fastest one answered. And, the technician came to my door within an hour. I followed the technician to assist. He showed me and explained the work he was doing. He found the cause of trouble, which was bad cable damaged a contactor. He drew a new line from the unit to the thermostat, replaced outside contactor. On a hot day, the technician worked 2 hrs 30 min. When the technician called his office to get an estimation, he put the call on speaker phone so I could hear the conversation. Everything was so clear and honest. The charged amount was very reasonable ($). Highly recommend.

Tuesday 0900 - Installation of entire system star 1800 - Installation complete. Top shelf system (Carrier 5 ton, 15seer), quality work, great price: INCREDIBLE VALUE AND SERVICE. Honest, forthcoming, professional and effective. Thank you

I had another company first look at what was wrong with my ac they told me I needed a part and thermostat well I paid for that as soon as he finished a fuse blew I told him I was having electrical work done he said when that done just call to replace fuse they couldn’t come out the day I needed called metro they are prompt professional found the problem was with the outside unit and last tech put in part wrong I glad I found them value was great very knowledgeable hands down don’t choose anyone for your ac needs these guys are the best!!!!!!!!
