HIRE KBM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even if you think you can do it yourself. Don’t. Save yourself the stress and risk. Just hire KBM electric. I’m a super critical, very picky, hard to please consumer. And they blew me away. From beginning to end everything was seamless, stress free, honest, and professional. I had a chandelier to hang. They were very quick to respond and very flexible in booking an appointment. The price they quoted was what I paid, no extra fees, no minimum hourly rate estimating an hour and a half to hang one light fixture (unlike another company I talked to). They came in with their uniforms (you’re not going to get a seedy contractor in street clothes), they immediately put on shoe covers, and went to work. And they didn’t just toss it up, they asked me what height I wanted, they were extremely meticulous in making sure everything was symmetrical and to my liking multiple times throughout. (Even took out the level to confirm). Only surprise in the whole thing was that my builder made my ceiling uneven! The KBM guys even worked around that and adjusted it to make the chandelier look even. lastly they got rid of the trash and vacuumed after themselves!!!!!! If only all my house projects were so seamleass!!! You will not regret selecting them. I’m currently looking around the house for other projects they can tackle. Haha.

Benjamin was wonderful! Came out the day after I submitted a request on Thumbtack where others wouldn't come out to look at my problem for 3 days. Benjamin showed up and we got right to showing him our issues. After 45 minutes of looking everything over, he gave us a written quote for all the work that we were looking at having done. The entire time he was super professional and a breeze to work with, and the quote was half of what we'd been quoted somewhere else previously. Definitely would call him again if we need anything else. Thank you Benjamin!

Ben and Kaleb did a great job with removing an existing light fixture and replacing it with two more. Ben was punctual, professional, knowledgeable about his trade and very efficient with his time, but was also willing to answer any questions that I had. I was pleased with his work ethic and professionalism. Most definitely would hire him again for any electrical work I need done. He was also generous enough to do so small prep work for the guy coming behind him to do the drywall work. That’s what I call going above and beyond!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not engage in scare tactics or hard sales. Just honest electrical work I can be proud of!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the project I will give the customer my hourly rate or I will schedule an appointment to come out and give a free estimate. Either way I prefer to take care of the work ASAP! I am always eager to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully licensed electrician. I also have a certificate in construction management from North Lake college which helped me along in my career working on large commercial projects.
