I hired Edwin after consulting several contractors to remove a large alcove dividing our entry and living room, and to install a closet under our enclosed staircase. I was impressed by his attentiveness, suggestions and honesty during the consultation, and very happy with the final product. So happy in fact that I've had him do several other projects in our home. He is very punctual and responsive, always kept me informed of his schedule, and kept our home clean - even sweeping and mopping before leaving each day. His craftsmanship is excellent. Edwin and his crew demoed a load-bearing wall along our stairwell, installed a header over the open space, reconfigured the framing to install a closet under our stairs, drywalled, textured and painted. He installed perfectly matching balusters, handrail and newel. Did all of the trim work, flooring and electrical, and assembled and installed a bookshelf door. I've also had him help with a separate closet remodel, which included removing a wall dividing our laundry room and master closet, moving electrical and plumbing for our washer and dryer, and relocating HVAC supply and a vent fan to make room for built-ins. He also rewired the joined space into a single, 3-way circuit for lighting. I've had him also finish a brick accent wall I started, and had him install a couple of wall sconces (which he did by cutting into the drywall behind a baseboard on the opposite side of the wall, which was completely hidden after reinstalling the baseboard, and which I thought was clever). Very, very happy with his work. He is a talented contractor, and one I find trustworthy.

Great Work. Highly Recommended. Did an attic to closet conversion that included framing, decking, sheetrock, tape bed, primer and paint. Build a wall and install new door.

Edwin did a good job on my home-office project. Basically had to split the loft with vaulted ceilings - with framing and drywall - add door and electrical plugs, taping and paint etc. Edwin was responsive and finished the job in the forecasted time. Work quality is good and he even stopped by a few days later to fix a few minor issues.

Our house was damaged from fire and water. There were lot of debris (i.e., drywall, insulations, woods, etc.) all over the house. The furniture and appliances needed to be moved out of the house. The upstairs carpet needed to be removed. Edwin and his crew did an excellent job removing all the debris. They cleaned the appliances and furniture thoroughly before wrapping them properly. They handle the items with care. They did all the work in timely fashion. They removed the carpet from upstairs. The best part was that every step of the way they ensured that I, as customer, was happy with their work. They were sincere in their commitments. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
