- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being a veteran myself, I gladly offer a 10% military discount (DD214 or CAC as proof).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fully understanding their particular scope of work needs and time frames so we start off on the right foot. No sense in wasting each others time if what you need isn’t something we can offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been an established business since 1976 we’ve seen just about every type of need and small hiccups that might arise. We don’t leave until you’re happy.
