We have been serving the DFW area with quality professional flooring installations since 1976. Our team of highly experienced flooring professionals will be with you every step through your flooring project. Brandon and Will are our Project Managers and both have many years of helping customers like you with the early stages of your installation. Fernando is our installation supervisor and is a Master Certified installer. Fernando, Carlos, and Lupe are our crew leaders and bring many years of installation knowledge and skill to your installation. We are the only installation Company that brings you three Master Certified Installers. Your project will be in extremely qualified hands! I have over 50 years in this installation business and will be with you to assure your installation is on schedule and as quoted. Cecilia makes it very easy for you to pay for your installation upon completion by your Credit card or Debit card of choice. I was moving to the area and found myself with only 2 weeks to get my home together. Brandon was punctual for our initial meeting and offered the best value for money for flooring. He came prepared with samples of flooring based off of my inspiration pictures. He was able to schedule me when I needed him to. This company was also able to finish my entire job (4,000 square foot house) in only one day, the job included removing tiles and other demo. It was extremely easy working with this team. The finished product is just beautiful and seamless, they have really good attention to detail. Also, Brandon was very very responsive to all my questions, both before, during; and after floor installation. Out of all the vendors that were hired, the process with Brandon and this company was the most seamless and stress free. They are very professional and none of the other flooring companies could beat their price. Thanks again for an excellent job!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Will and the Professional Flooring Installations team. From the start, they set clear expectations about cost, materials, and timeline, and they delivered exactly as promised—if not better. Throughout the project, they kept me informed every step of the way, and when a material issue arose with the vendor, Will immediately provided thoughtful alternatives that worked perfectly. They even finished a full day earlier than expected, and the results are outstanding. Our floors look and feel incredible, and the craftsmanship is truly top-notch. We provide detailed quotes at no charge. The quoted price is the price. There is never in bait and switch here!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fully understanding their particular scope of work needs and time frames so we start off on the right foot. No sense in wasting each others time if what you need isn’t something we can offer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been an established business since 1976 we’ve seen just about every type of need and small hiccups that might arise. We don’t leave until you’re happy.
