I bought my house about 10 years ago and had no idea of how important insulation was for a home. Javier came and inspected my attic and saw I had almost no insulation (in some areas there’s was barely any insulation and in others no insulation at all). He also found animal waste up there, so he made sure to remove the old insulation and then proceeded to disinfect and install new attic insulation. I immediately noticed the improvement he had made to my home because my AC unit wasn’t working as hard as it was before and my house feels a lot cooler now. He was very affordable and reasonable, I would definitely recommend him, him and his wife made sure I was taken care of. I also liked the fact that they both came to give me a free estimate and they both worked on my house themselves.

J&L Insulation were quick to respond to my request for an estimate. We setup an appointment for them to come look at my insulation in my attic on Monday morning. They were prompt and on time.
I have 2 rooms upstairs that don't stay warm in the winter or cool in the summer. So I finally decided it was time to look into getting new insulation. My fear was that all of the old would need to be removed and all new insulation blown in.
After inspecting my attic, Laura, the L in J&L, showed me videos they took that showed there was little to no insulation is many spots. She explained that there should be at least 12" in all locations and that they could come back the next morning and do the work. The price was really good and we setup the return visit. I was really impressed that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
Tuesday morning they came in, sealed all the outlets in the attic and anywhere there were spaces between boards. Then they sprayed new insulation in. Less than 2 hours later, they were cleaning up and getting ready to leave.
My upstairs now remains much cooler. I'm glad that I invested in the insulation and I'm even more glad that I chose J&L. If you are reading this, then you probably need a reliable company to help with your attic insulation. J&L is a great choice.
