We had a great experience with Julian and his helper. They showed up on time and were able to get us scheduled for the following week after receiving our quote.
We received quotes from two other companies for complete removal of our old insulation and installation of new insulation, and Julian’s quote was by far the best. He even gave me a teacher discount, which I really appreciated.
One of the other companies we received a quote from had a very put together presentation with detailed pictures, pricing sheets, and lots of extras that made them appear more “professional” on the surface. That is not to say Julian wasn’t professional at all — he absolutely was. We ultimately felt that the other company’s presentation was more fluff, while Julian was straightforward, professional, had great reviews, and offered a much better price.
Our attic had old insulation as well as rat feces that needed to be completely cleaned out. Julian and his helper removed everything, cleaned the attic, and replaced the insulation.
We’re very happy we chose North Texas Insulation!

While they arrived a little bit later than initially. They did a fantastic job with removing not only the older, soiled insulation they kept me informed throughout the whole process. Reasonably priced and my home definitely feels a lot better. They also kept me updated of any issues that could pop up with my HVAC and roofing. Highly recommend

Crew did great work! Responded to my thumbtack inquiry within minutes and came to my house same day to check out my attic and quoted me a competitive price to others for removal of 20yr old insulation and adding 15” of R-49 blown-in fiberglass insulation but what separated North TX Insulation from other companies was the First Responder Discount, and added services of sealing around all vents, lights, etc, and sprayed the whole attic with insecticide as well as a bug bomb. They also informed me of a rebate the city of Denton offers as a green initiative that got me back $1500. They also took pictures and had me personally check their work before and after each step of the process. Highly recommend!
