Manuel is prompt and after knowing my concern he inspected other places for similar issues and did entire roof check. He did gave reasonable price and took care of me. He also did some caulking work on roof vents and also fixed gutter on courtesy Very nice person and love to call him again.

Great company. Had a ton of companies respond to my project but the only one that would take the time to come out quickly to assess the repairs needed was K & A. Represented by a 20 year veteran roofing professional, Manual, I got straight talk, an expert inspection and accurate diagnosis of the problems. He was able to make the repairs the same day which exceeded my expectations. If I ever need more roof repairs or a new roof, I'll be calling K & A. It's refreshing to find a professional company that's no so big and busy that they can't take the time to do smaller repair jobs. What's more, it's extremely efficient to be able to go to a repair job and make the repairs the same day, not only for the home owner, but the company too. EXCELLENT AND REFRESHING EXPERIENCE!!!
