Derek was great and I am really glad I hired him! He installed a Lorex security system including several indoor and outdoor hardwired cameras. He also ran an ethernet cable from my router to a detached garage. All work was done really well. Working with Derek was great and I would not hesitate to work with him again. You can clearly tell that Derek cares about his work and wants his customers to be happy.

If we ever need any type of work done again (like we did today), we will call out DW Surveillance Solutions! From start to finish the company and its representatives were excellent. Our issue was related to an existing system that was interrupted by a third-party cable company. DW Surveillance Solutions were great at troubleshooting and resolving the issue that needed to be repaired. From now on this company is our go-to for all of our network-related needs! I recently had a home security system installed with 3 PoE Ubiquiti cameras on the exterior of my home. Derek was prompt, professional, and did a great job. He ran all the wiring and installed the cameras; he even worked through some unforeseen issues to make sure everything was working perfectly before calling the job done. I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

Absolutely amazing service and work! They responded quickly, ran analysis and gave multiple cost effective options. They didn’t try to nickel and dime you. They are transparent from the beginning and communicates constantly through out the setup to make the customer feel comfortable. They also ensure all tests are done before they leave and teach the client how to use the system. I will be recommending their services to all my friends. Don’t look any further. These guys are the one stop shop.

Needed a professional to install blink flood lamp cameras drilling into brick, not the grout/cement. Called Derek, he responded, lamps are up and tightly secured above garage and in the back. I can do a few things, but, nawwww, better call sauL. Derek

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We love referrals! Referrals play a critical role in growing our business. Refer a new customer for an installation, and receive $100 credit towards any service upon completion of the installation job. Refer a new customer for repairs, and receive on $60 credit towards any service upon completion of the repair job. Referral credits never expire, There is no limit for # of referrals. Referral credits are valid for services only. Thanks for spreading the word!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call consultation to discuss the job and what needs to be done, etc. as well as in-person on site to provide a quote/estimate. Gathering necessary info to make sure we are able to deliver the desired outcome. Together, will come up with the right solution for every job we take on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years experience with installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Surveillance Systems, doorbells, and Cameras. 2 years of remote support. We work with all brands of surveillance equipment. TOPS Certified
