The team at DW Surveillance solutions did a great job getting my video doorbell installed, configured and tested with my existing cameras. They had a difficult job attaching the doorbell to the existing wiring - but with patience and team work - they got it working!
I enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs surveillance work, done well, at a fair price! Great job team!

Excellent experience with DW Surveillance Solutions in installing a front-door camera. I had a unique problem with cord routing and they were able to provide a unique solution. Additionally, they help me set up the camera on my phone so they could verify it was positioned correctly. 10/10 would hire again.

Derek and his team at DW Surveillance Solutions were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. They take pride in their work and did not settle for anything less than perfection. Their quick response to their commitment to their craft, makes them exactly what you are looking for in a contractor. They are not there to up charge you, but rather to deliver an end result which I thought was infeasible given the complexity of the wiring job. They made a single hole in the closet (which they patched) and besides that did not make any extra holes for any of the 8 total ethernet runs which was at least 4 fewer than any other contractor I got quotes from (and were very reasonable priced compared to others). Derek and his team stayed until midnight and came back on the next day on their day off to finish a challenging wiring run which is a testament to their resolve and customer first mentality. I would hire them in a heartbeat and am recommending them to all my friends for their ethernet and surveillance needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for both camera installation and for installing network cables is $175-$225 for each cable run/device.
There are no hidden fees or additional charges. We’d like to keep things simple and straightforward so everyone is on the same page.
There are certain factors that must be checked to provide an accurate exact price, such as the height we will need to access in order to complete the work, if we need to drill any brick or concrete, things of that nature.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to discuss the work requested by the customer and the options to do so. We offer both phone call and on-site proposals/estimates.
Make sure to gather all the necessary info to make sure we are able to deliver the desired outcome.
The communication aspect is critical, it helps to ensure that our customers needs our understood and we are able to meet them well.

Over 5 years experience with Systems and Networking.
