Some specific incidents drove me to invest in some security systems project needs. Derick was super responsive. He listened to everything I described, made suggestions, and analyzed the environment before making recommendations. I greatly appreciated his work quality. We discussed the technical bits of placements, wiring tie-off, and other details. He and his team were super thoughtful about the large area I wanted coverage on and the best camera unit. I recently had a home security system installed with 3 PoE Ubiquiti cameras on the exterior of my home. Derek was prompt, professional, and did a great job. He ran all the wiring and installed the cameras; he even worked through some unforeseen issues to make sure everything was working perfectly before calling the job done. I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

Derek and James are an excellent team to work with. After mapping out the project and taking me through the game plan they got to work installing cat6 cable throughout the house. In addition to this they hung my 75-inch tv to perfection. Will work with them again!

We love referrals! Referrals play a critical role in growing our business. Refer a new customer for an installation, and receive $100 credit towards any service upon completion of the installation job. Refer a new customer for repairs, and receive on $60 credit towards any service upon completion of the repair job. Referral credits never expire, There is no limit for # of referrals. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call consultation to discuss the job and what needs to be done, etc. as well as in-person on site to provide a quote/estimate. Gathering necessary info to make sure we are able to deliver the desired outcome. Together, will come up with the right solution for every job we take on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years experience with Systems and Networking. TOPS Certified I was a technical advisor for HikVision, a world leading surveillance equipment company for the DFW region.
