The team at DW Surveillance solutions did a great job getting my video doorbell installed, configured and tested with my existing cameras. They had a difficult job attaching the doorbell to the existing wiring - but with patience and team work - they got it working! Excellent experience with DW Surveillance Solutions in installing a front-door camera. I had a unique problem with cord routing and they were able to provide a unique solution. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for both camera installation and for installing network cables is $175-$225 for each cable run/device.
There are no hidden fees or additional charges. We’d like to keep things simple and straightforward so everyone is on the same page.
There are certain factors that must be checked to provide an accurate exact price, such as the height we will need to access in order to complete the work, if we need to drill any brick or concrete, things of that nature.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to discuss the work requested by the customer and the options to do so. We offer both phone call and on-site proposals/estimates.
Make sure to gather all the necessary info to make sure we are able to deliver the desired outcome.
The communication aspect is critical, it helps to ensure that our customers needs our understood and we are able to meet them well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years experience with Systems and Networking.
Texas Online Private Security Certified.
